The Annual Progress Report

The Annual Progress Report

  • Students are required to complete the  Annual Progress Report Form by May 15th of each year - outlining their academic progress in relation to the Plan of Study
    • An unsatisfactory academic progress decision may result in academic probation or program withdrawal
  • Completed Annual Progress Reports are distributed to doctoral committee members and the student.
